We are a body of believers who support the edification and charitable deeds worldwide through faith in action.The cornerstone of our ministry is deeply rooted in seven values: Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, Stewardship, Service, Social Justice and Evangelism; with Worship being foremost. We are arming people all over the world with information to make choices that will genuinely impact their lives.
We have ministries from the youth to senior citizens and are transforming lives through Christian Education, Bible Study, Children’s Church and Vacation Bible School. Homeless Ministry
Our Homeless Ministry is the heart of our service to the community. We provide food the people in the alleys as well as in shelters.
As a community, investing in prevention is the right decision for many reasons. It will save critical funds, reduce trauma connected to homelessness and improve the mental and physical health of so many residents. That’s not all. Ensuring that all women and children have a chance to succeed in life will make our community, better and stronger.
To help women and children who are facing or experiencing homelessness in the DMV, (District, Maryland, & Virginia) specifically, Prince George's County,to donate to our homeless go to our dnate page.
Children's Ministry
Our children's ministry is vibrate and loving. We meet every Sunday at 9am except the fifth Sundays. The fifth Sundays are dedicated to our youth. They serve in every capacity on the fifth Sunday. on the fourth Sundays they make a presentation to the church.it can be in the form of a skit, song, speeches, etc. We encourage you to bring your children. The ages range is from 3-12, for now. in addition we have a P.R.O.M.I.S.E. program that caters to girls from 3-12. they meet every Wednesday @ 7:30pm The boys ministry is called Remnant. they meet on Wednesdays at 7:30pm.
Women's Ministry
Our Women's Ministry is thriving. There is a Wednesday Bible Study @7:30pm. In addition they also meet quarterly for a seminar on Women's issues.
The Women's Ministry provides biblical solutions in small groups and individuals, engaging women to know Jesus, to seek His kingdom and be spiritually transformed and equipped for service.
At SOLAD, we are women just like you. We minister to women for the same reasons you do. And we pray that our Bible studies and events will be tools used by God to change your life, which will inevitably affect those around you, changing lives–one woman at a time.
Youth & Young Adult Ministry
The SOLAD Youth & Young Adult Ministry exists to ignite the passion of children, youth and young adults to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The ministry provides them with the necessary resources to aid in their growth spiritually, physically, emotionally, and educationally, and develops their gifts and talents for the body of Christ so they will become contributing members of society.

This ministry is vital to HELPING MEN ACT LIKE MEN.
Men’s ministry is an area that is constantly in need of revival because it often lacks a community that fosters mentorship, which is what men need to challenge each other. By creating true relationships men begin to disciple each other and truly grow. Through years of doing outreach and ministry, SOLAD has developed ways to help us grow ourselves, grow our men, and grow our men’s ministry.

The areas below are the main focus of SOLAD's ministry which provides different approaches and meets the different needs of your men’s ministry. Whether you need to train leaders, challenge your men’s group spiritually, or provide resources and a curriculum for group studies there is a way to jump start your men to be warriors in Christ.
Volunteer Groups
We welcome volunteers with a servant’s heart who want to bless others through our ministry as we continue to reach a lost world for Christ. Volunteer opportunities range from residential and part-time — there are many ways you can serve as a ministry partner with SOLAD.
